"If you have ever had to go to traffic court you know it’s really a long, long slog – the time you have spend away from work – time you wait until your case is heard. A lot of people just pay their tickets because they just don’t want to deal with it. Well, let me tell you something. The city of Acworth is the test place for something known as online traffic resolutions. I read about it in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, where you’re able to use free software, a web-based platform, to contest and win-or-lose before the judge and then pay your fine. This is great! If it works well for Acworth, I hope other governments across Metro Atlanta will adopt a platform like this as well."
